Local Security Company sponsor one of Top Nipper Clubs
The Summerstand Surf and Lifesaving Club Nippers Club programme has been sponsored to the tune of R70 000 by local security company ADT. Nippers take part in a range of individual and group beach and water activities. Girls and boys between the ages of 8-14 years are eligible to take part. Many nippers go on to become lifesavers. The programme takes place every Sunday on Pollok Beach and nippers take part in four local competitions, one regional and one national event.
